Requires the Department of Human Services and the
Department of Public Aid to jointly establish an interagency
committee to (1) assist the departments in making recommendations
on incorporating health care advocates into education, training,
and placement programs for TANF recipients, (2) develop
more outreach and educational materials to help TANF families
make informed choices concerning health insurance and health
care, and (3) develop methods to simplify the process of

consented to an act of sexual penetration or sexual conduct
if the victim initially consented to the sexual penetration
or sexual conduct and later withdraws consent if the accused

Provides that administrative expenses incurred by
a responsible school district for children whose residence

Creates
a law that sets up a "Restricted Call Registry"
of people who do not want to receive telephone solicitation
calls. It provides that no person or entity may make telephone
solicitations to a residential number after that number
has been on the Restricted Call Registry for 45 days. P.A.

Provides that when making a reverse mortgage loan,
the lender or broker must inform the mortgagor that by obtaining
the reverse mortgage loan the mortgagor's eligibility to
obtain a tax deferral under the Senior Citizens Real Estate

that hospitals providing services to victims of sexual assault
develop and implement a protocol that ensures that each
sexual assault survivor receives medically and factually

that coverage for mastectomies shall include reconstruction
of the breast upon which the mastectomy has been performed,
surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce
a symmetrical appearance, and protheses and treatment for
